Phago's cuisine is all about enjoying life as you would on the Mediterranean: good food with good friends. Phago makes their own sauces, ferments their own vinaigrette. Rolling things into sourdough flatbreads. From scratch, all day, every day. Only fresh and seasonal ingredients.
