Frequently asked questions about events
We do not refund tickets. However, you can exchange your tickets via the link in your ticket email from Understory up to 14 days before the start of the event, provided there are seats available on the desired date. If you are unable to attend after the deadline, you can try to sell your ticket on, e.g. via the event page on Facebook. Trading is at your own risk. You can read more in our terms and conditions.
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email from Understory with your tickets. Each ticket has a QR code that must be scanned upon arrival, so remember to have your ticket ready on your phone (or printed).
Just let us know how many people you need to sit together when you arrive and we'll find room for you all together.
It depends on the event, it is always stated at the bottom of the event details whether it is possible to accommodate allergens/dietary requirements.
We have no waiting lists for sold-out events, but you can try searching for a ticket on Facebook. We do not take responsibility for traded tickets.
You are allowed to bring your dog outside on the site.
There is no parking associated with BaneGaaden. You can park at Cph Village(Otto Busses Vej 101, 2450 Copenhagen) for a fee.

The doors open at the start time stated on the event. We typically open the doors for people who arrive early, 15–30 minutes before the start of the event, unless otherwise stated in the event description.
Yes. The bar is always open during the event, and you can buy wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. At some events, it is also possible to purchase snacks—this will be stated in the description.
For large events, we have a staffed cloakroom. For smaller events, we refer to an unstaffed cloakroom at your own risk.
Most events are aimed at adults, but children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Babies in strollers are welcome on market days and in outdoor areas.
Yes, our area is wheelchair accessible and there is access to toilets.
It varies. The event description always states whether the experience takes place in the barns, the greenhouse, or outdoors. We recommend practical clothing for outdoor events.
