PMY

The critically acclaimed Venezuelan restaurant PMY, led by Karlos Ponte, serves South American soul food. PMY stands for papa, maiz, yuca (potatoes, corn, yucca), which are some of the cornerstones of South American food culture. All dishes are gluten-free.
