The place buzzes with life and laughter as you sample a selection of favorite dishes, snacks, and sweet treats—all made with a passion for authentic flavors and using 100% organic ingredients.

Here’s what you’ll find at the food stalls:

Sweet & Salty Crepes
- The savory one – buckwheat crepe with Vesterhavsost cheese & smoked ham (gluten-free). Top it off with a fried egg – 59 kr.
- The Sweet – crepe with soft-serve ice cream and sprinkles – 68 kr.
- The Simple – crepe with chocolate-nut cream or jam – 48 kr.

The Hotdog Station
- The Classic – organic beef hot dog with mustard, ketchup, remoulade, and raw and roasted onions – 65 kr.
- The Asian – teriyaki-glazed organic pork sausage, fermented pineapple, and homemade gochujang mayo – 65 DKK.

Fried Chicken Burger
- Crispy fried chicken with spicy mayo and red cabbage slaw – 95 DKK.
- Grilled halloumi cheese with spicy mayo and red cabbage slaw – 95 kr.
- Organic French fries – 45 kr.

BaneGaardens BBQ
- Wheat wrap with grilled beef, sumac-spiced onions and cucumbers, topped with garlic dressing – 95 kr.
- Grilled cod collar with garlic emulsion, sourdough bread from Perron, and browned butter – 85 kr.

Tacos & Margeritas
- Taco with braised pork marinated in orange, cilantro, and smoked paprika, with grilled tomato salsa (Gluten-free) – 65 kr.
