Frequently asked questions
BaneGaarden is located between Sydhavnen and Vesterbro in Jernbanebyen, 10 min. from Carlsberg Station and Enghave Plads metro station. If you are on bike/pedestrian you can access BaneGaarden via the tunnel under the rails from Enghavevej, and if you are by car you drive via Otto Busses Vej and can park in front of CPH Village, which is our neighbor (paid parking).
We do not refund tickets. However, you can exchange your tickets up to 14 days before the event starts if there are seats available on the desired date. You can do this via the link in your ticket email from Understory. If you are unable to attend after the deadline, you can try to sell your ticket on, e.g. via the event page on Facebook. Trading is at your own risk. You can read more in our terms and conditions.
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email from Understory with your tickets. Each ticket has a QR code that must be scanned upon arrival, so remember to have your ticket ready on your phone (or printed).
You are welcome to bring your dog outside on the grounds and in Perron, as long as it is on a leash and does not disturb other guests.
