You will be assigned a table and two chairs. The table measures approximately 180 x 60 cm. You are not allowed to bring your own tables.

We do our best to ensure good light in the barns. However, in winter, when it's dark, some corners can be challenging. We place the stands as well as possible in relation to the lighting. You are also welcome to bring your own lamps and extension cords or a battery-powered lamp if you want more light for your stand.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the amount but you can try to sell your stand at our Facebook event.

It is not possible to rent clothes racks, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Check-in takes place at Lugen (our outdoor bar). The earliest you can check in is 1.5 hours before the market starts.

You have one hour to pack up and clean up after yourself.

We post all markets in our event calendar and advertise on Facebook and Instagram. You are welcome to promote your participation and tag BaneGaarden yourself.

You can park with Easy Park parking at CPH Village located at BaneGaarden or find parking at Enghavevej or Lokomotivværkstedet.

Yes, it is possible to purchase multiple stands, as long as there is space available. Max two stands per customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific seats. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The market is generally held indoors, unless otherwise stated.

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. Food and drinks are sold in our food stalls, bar and bakery, which you are welcome to bring in.
