Copenhagen Jazz Festival – The BaneGaarden Way 🎷✨
For the very first time, BaneGaarden is opening its doors as an official venue for the CPH Jazz Festival! From July 3–12, 2026, we’ll be transforming our green oasis in Sydhavn into a sensory jazz mecca. We’ve been incredibly excited to bring jazz under the tree canopy and blend the music with our culinary and creative surroundings.
Look forward to six unique experiences—from intimate concerts in the greenhouse and free Sunday jams to an explosive, gourmet long-table dinner.

Friday, July 3: Garden & Sea Fruits with Mo' Better Vibes
- What: We’re kicking off the festival under the open sky with a sumptuous 5-course barbecue and plant-based dinner created by top chefs Søren Ejlersen, Alexandra Bækgaard, Karlos Ponte, and Victor Wågman. The musical backdrop is provided by the jazz duo Mo' Better Vibes (Morten Grønvad & Yasser Pino), who will sprinkle crisp jazz standards across the long table.

Sunday, July 5: Oliver Hald at Solpladsen
- What: Enjoy the Sunday sun, the food stalls, and our popular craft market to the sounds of the duo oliverhald. Expect electro-acoustic jazz that sounds like the secret Proms child of Jan Johansson, Kraftwerk, and Bill Withers. The outdoor bar Lugen is, of course, ice-cold and open!

Monday, July 6: THE END: World-Class Jazz Fusion Since 1986
- What: Experience authentic jazz history in our rustic, historic barn. Morten Grønvad’s legendary brainchild, THE END, delivers world-class fusion. This evening, the band reunites with original saxophonist Thomas Hass, star bassist Yasser Pino, and drum phenomenon Niclas Campagnol. Two intense sets with a bar break in between.

Tuesday, July 7: Social Mambo Explosion: Margaritas & Tacos
- What: We’re kicking the Tuesday blues to the curb with explosive West Coast Latin jazz from 1960s California. It’s bursting with congas, vibraphone, and timbales! The concert is free, but your ticket gets you two juicy tacos and two ice-cold margaritas.

Friday, July 10: Emil Hornhaver Trio at Væksthuset (with champagne & oysters)
- What: Get a head start on the weekend in our beautiful, bright Væksthus. Rising star guitarist Emil Hornhaver brings his warm, Nordic sound to life in an intuitive and lyrical trio concert spanning two sets. The ticket includes a glass of ice-cold wine or sparkling wine and fresh oysters.

Sunday, July 12: Brunch & Jazz with the NAM-NAM Jazz Trio
- What: We’re wrapping up the festival at a leisurely pace. The NAM-NAM Jazz Trio will be serving up smooth swing, bebop, and bossa nova under the trees at Væksthuset, while you indulge in a luxurious brunch full of delicacies and crispy sourdough bread from our neighbors at Perron Bakery.
