Easter at BaneGaarden – Make Easter a Little Greener
Spring is just around the corner, and we’re all set for a whole week of Easter cheer, the smell of barbecue, clay on our fingers, and bubbles in our glasses.
From Saturday, March 28, through Monday, April 6, come visit BaneGaarden—where there’s something for everyone, whether you want to celebrate Easter at home with your family, dance to a DJ on Good Friday, or mold your own clay pot in one of our historic wooden barns.
🌱 BaneGaarden’s Easter Brunch – delivered to your home
Want to host your Easter brunch at home but let us handle the food? We deliver a 100% organic Easter menu featuring all the classic harbingers of spring: creamy chicken salad with mushrooms and herbs, green asparagus with pickled lemon, eggs with shrimp and herb mayonnaise, roasted chicken with lemon sauce and sage—and, of course, freshly baked sourdough bread.
Choose between a vegetarian or regular menu and order for as few as 6 people. Pick up at BaneGaarden or have it delivered to your door in the Greater Copenhagen area.

🌱 Easter Party on Good Friday – barbecue, long table, and DJ
On Friday, April 3, we’ll fire up the grill and invite you to a party. On the menu: classic Easter dishes, including juicy grilled lamb with garlic and rosemary, spring vegetables, and a complimentary welcome shot.
We eat at long tables in the old wooden barns, and once our plates are empty, the DJ takes over and keeps the party going for the rest of the evening.

🌱 Coffee & Clay – ceramics workshop with Menagerie
On Sunday, March 29, you can slow down and create something with your hands. Ceramicist Cecilie von Haffner from the Menagerie studio will guide you in shaping your own cup or bowl using the pinching technique—while you enjoy hot coffee and pleasant conversation.

🌱 Easter lunch for the whole family – Easter Sunday
On Sunday, April 5, we’ll celebrate Easter Sunday with lunch for the whole family. Classic Easter dishes for everyone – and while the adults toast and enjoy the meal, the little ones can go on an egg hunt in the courtyard and the wild garden. If all the eggs are found, there’s a prize waiting at Lugen.

🌱 Open every day during Easter
From Saturday, March 28, to Monday, April 6, Bageri Perron is open—and this year we have a special Easter bun ready: a soft dough filled with lemon curd and vanilla cream. There are only a limited number available, so come early. 👉 Book a table at Perron here
Our outdoor bar, Lugen, will also be open every day from Monday, March 30, through Monday, April 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.—serving hot and cold drinks and offering seating in the sun, if we’re lucky.
