In the middle of Copenhagen lies the city's green oasis BaneGaarden. 9 old wooden barns form the setting for a green destination where restaurants, food stalls, events, nature, bar, and much more share the space. We are so happy to have lots of guests every day, and we already have a busy calendar filled with bookings from private individuals and companies who want to hold their events at BaneGaarden. That's why we're now looking for an experienced and competent organizer of corporate and private events.
You can now become part of the creative, green and energetic everyday life at BaneGaarden in an informal environment with high ambitions. We are looking for a party planner with responsibility for parties (e.g. conferences, dinners, company parties, weddings, confirmations). You will be part of the Party Department, where you will be jointly responsible for ensuring that all guests have a great experience with a focus on fantastic hospitality. In addition, you will be a leader for our hourly paid FOH staff and ensure good order and structure in our rustic historic wooden barns. The position is initially full-time and seasonal from March 1 to the end of September. There may be a possibility of extension as we are still developing rapidly.
Your profile:
- Experience with running parties and/or events.
- Thrive in a creative, green, energetic and fast-paced environment where it's not far from idea to action.
- Is service-minded and likes to provide great experiences.
- You are smiling by nature and are good at keeping a cool head and overview.
- Not afraid to lead the way and be the best example of what good hospitality is.
- Appreciates varied working hours ranging from daytime to afternoons/evenings, as well as weekends.
