About BaneGaarden
The nine old wooden barns between Vesterbro and Sydhavnen have undergone extensive restoration and are now Copenhagen's organic village and gastronomic hub. We host daily parties and events, where your primary task will be to create structure, plan and execute in the role of sous chef.
About the position
As a sous chef for events and parties at BaneGaarden, you will be the driving force in a strong and dynamic team that makes good and sustainable food every day. Your working hours will primarily be in the evenings and weekends, but with flexibility and human schedules. We strive to create a healthy work culture, high ambitions and opportunities for both professional and personal development, and if you dream of more responsibility down the road, there is every opportunity for that. We are looking for someone who enjoys varied tasks and thrives in an active environment. In collaboration with BaneGaarden's head chef, you will be responsible for developing menus and planning parties and events.
Your profile
- Trained chef with relevant restaurant experience, but primarily running companies
- Well-developed sense of quality and skilled taste buds
- Good understanding of how to produce in larger volumes
- Eye for structure/organization
- A good team player with a positive mindset
- Efficient, loyal and responsible
