GROUNDS AT THE RAILWAY YARD
A GREEN DINING EXPERIENCE
With a view of treetops and open sky and between wild nature and train tracks - and still in the middle of the city - you'll find a 100-year-old greenhouse that has found new life in one of BaneGaarden's wild gardens.
Until a few years ago, the greenhouse stood in the Botanical Gardens, doomed to demolition, but saved at the 11th hour and then restored and this year rebuilt as BaneGaarden's greenhouses.
All summer we open the doors to a new dining experience in the city's green oasis. Visit the fine old greenhouse for a dinner with high ceilings, surrounded by plants winding along the walls and a beautiful backdrop of tall, old trees.

ORGANIC, SEASONAL
SOCIAL DINING
Grobund offers an organic 3-course menu that changes regularly and is composed of seasonal ingredients, with vegetables at the center.
Dinner is served as social dining, where guests gather at long tables and share both the food and the story behind the ingredients.
With only one seating at 18:00 and room for 80 guests, an intimate and attentive atmosphere is created where gastronomy and community come together. As part of the ambition to create an informal atmosphere, it will be part of the concept that guests tap their own wine.
The selection will consist of various organic wines from local supplier Vinhanen.
Grobund has a limited opening period until September, and with limited seating, early booking is recommended.
The price for a three-course menu is 295,-
