This year's Christmas lunch can be something very special - also when held in your own setting. Our Christmas menu is created with time, care and love for seasonal ingredients. Everything is 100% organic and carefully composed to give you the classic Christmas scents and flavors - with new, fresh interpretations.
We offer two options: classic and vegetarian. Whatever you choose, the menu is made for gathering colleagues or family and friends around the table and sharing the warm, familiar flavors of Christmas.

Sourdough bread and rye bread from Perron
Curried herring with apple, pickled onions, gherkins, capers and cress.
Chicken salad with fried mushrooms, coarse mustard and fresh herbs.
Gravlax with dill, smoked cheese cream, pickled currants and salted cucumber.
Main course
Organic duck leg confit with orange and warm spices
Duck sauce
Classic red cabbage topped with grated orange peel and smoked almonds

FAQ - Christmas lunch out of the house
Order at least 7 days before delivery so we can plan and prepare your menu.
When ordering, please write the delivery address in the comments field. We will then contact you to arrange the exact pick-up time for dishes and tableware.
All tableware is delivered in ceramic, ready to be placed directly on the tables. After the event, the tableware will be picked up no later than 2 business days later.
It is also possible to pick up your Christmas lunch directly at BaneGaarden.

The most common allergens are listed on our menu. We cannot customize the menu for parties of less than 20 people. If you are more than 20 people, please contact us at julefrokost@banegaarden.com and we will find a solution.
If you want to pay by invoice, this is easily possible - send an email to julefrokost@banegaarden.com.
All tableware must be handed in no later than 2 business days after the event at Barn 609. If you have had the food delivered, we will pick up the tableware from you.

Our menu can be downloaded here.It's ready to print and can be placed directly on the tables for your guests.
The food can be delivered hot, but if you want to heat it up yourself, instructions are included.
Please note that all times are indicative as ovens may vary.
Classic Christmas lunch
- Potatoes with thyme & butter: approx. 15-20 min at 200°C hot air
- Red cabbage: approx. 10-12 min
- Confit duck legs: approx. 15-20 min
- Duck sauce: warm up slowly in a pan
Vegetarian Christmas lunch
- Potatoes with thyme & butter: approx. 15-20 min at 200°C convection
- Red cabbage: approx. 10-12 min
- Braised butternut squash: approx. 10-12 min
- Sauce Nage: warm up slowly in a pan

- Cancellation must be made in writing to julefrokost@banegaarden.com.
- If canceled no later than 7 business days before delivery: no charge.
- If canceled 6 - 4 days before delivery: we invoice 50% of the order.
- If canceled later than 2 days before delivery or on the day itself: we invoice 100% of the order.
- If the order is refused on the day of delivery, the full price for the entire order is payable.
