Finally, it's time to kickstart the Shrovetide bun season! 🎭
This year PERRON has created 4 Shrovetide buns with a focus on creamy combinations and extraordinary taste!
Between January 13th and February 18th you can taste these 4 flavors in PERRON:
🧁 A Shrove Tuesday bun on a pastry base with salted caramel, bergamot curd and lemon cream with a top of pistachios.
🧁 Another variant on a pastry base with wild Swedish blueberries and blackcurrant cream.
🧁 A third variation on a pastry base with coffee-caramel ganache and mascarpone cream with Amber chocolate from Summerbird, topped with coffee and dark chocolate crunch.
🧁 An old-fashioned Shrovetide bun with remonce, vanilla cream and chocolate glaze.
Shrovetide buns can be pre-ordered from Wednesday January 10 and picked up at BaneGaarden from January 13 .
You can also visit PERRON and taste the different flavors from Saturday 13 January.
