For the third time this year, BaneGaarden was nominated by Berlingske for City's Best - this time in the category: "Under the open sky". And we won (again🥳)!

When the good news came in, we were in something of a cloudburst situation, where you really feel the downside of "Under the open sky". But despite that, we had a great atmosphere at BaneGaarden 🌿

An empty barn was quickly converted into the coziest warm room for the guests. In another barn, investors from all over the world were pitch-dating tech entrepreneurs. The organic food stalls were open, Perron served amazing pizzas and sourdough bread - and a political party was holding a day meeting - while in between it all, preparations were being made for a dinner for a large company and the 7-8000 meals to be served during the week.

...While our nature educator was teaching a 6th grade class from one of Copenhagen's schools, which sends 12-1400 children in our direction every year because they are curious about biodiversity, fermentation, ecology and a lot more with a green headline.

It's a long way from fermentation for 2.C to dinners for large international companies, but maybe that's one of the secrets of BaneGaarden. We dream big (and green) - and there's room for everyone on the tour💚🌿

But the real secret is probably also that we have the best team and guests in town who work hard every day and are magically able to create sunshine and smiles even when it's pouring ned🌧️☀️💚
