A GREEN DINING EXPERIENCE
Overlooking the treetops and open sky, between wild nature and train tracks - and still in the middle of the city - you'll find a 100-year-old greenhouse that has found new life in one of BaneGaarden's wild gardens.
Until a few years ago, the greenhouse stood in the Botanical Garden, doomed to demolition, but saved at the 11th hour and then restored and rebuilt this year as BaneGaarden's Summer Restaurant.
All summer long we open the doors to a new restaurant experience in the city's green oasis. Visit the fine old greenhouse for a dinner with high ceilings, surrounded by plants winding along the walls and a beautiful backdrop of tall, old trees.

WITH A LOVE FOR SEASONAL VEGETABLES
The summer restaurant's menu features a green color palette, with each item carefully selected from the best seasonal and organic ingredients.
Most of the food is cooked over flames on the grill outside and the dishes are served at long tables.
The menu consists of seven courses for DKK 275 with the option to buy fish or snacks. The drinks menu offers drinks, homemade juices, organic wine and cold beer.
